Sales Specialist (m/f) – IT Solutions

Your Role:

You will play a key part in driving our growth. For both new and existing customers across various industries, you will develop and implement sales concepts for digital IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Business Applications & Software Development, Cloud & Datacenter Infrastructures). These include project delivery, implementation services, maintenance, and operations. You will work closely with an experienced team and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our portfolio and market presence. This role also offers attractive opportunities for internal development.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Identify and qualify potential customers in the field of IT solutions 
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relevant contacts and decision-makers 
  • Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to proposal submission 
  • Actively support tenders and proposal activities 
  • Take ownership of a dedicated presales budget per customer 
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to optimize customer engagement 
  • Present solution concepts at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings 
  • Provide regular reporting to the business unit leadership 

Your Profile 

  • Experience in sales consulting in IT solutions or digital services 
  • Understanding of business processes and their digital transformation potential 
  • Creative and proactive approach to sales, with a structured and results-driven mindset 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Confident negotiation and closing abilities 
  • High level of commitment and initiative 
  • Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both written and spoken 
  • Working experience of at least 5 years in IT solution sales
